I've been looking in the mirror lately and I'm not really liking what I see there. I'm a little heavy in the midsection, by all means I'm not fat just a more gut then I'm use to or care for. As of yesterday I have started working out and looking to loose 10-15lbs. So when I get home from work I have started doing Pilates and other core strengthening exercises. I have also changed my eating habits, I eat a salad for lunch and dinner and a fruit smoothie and oatmeal for breakfast. I do have one cheat day a week were I can eat whatever I want.
In two weeks I hope to have lost at least 5-7 lbs. and in four weeks to have lost 10-12 lbs. I am giving myself up to six weeks to reach my final goal of 15 lbs. lost.
