Time to Move

My wife and I have friends who have decided to move to Edmonton at the end of the year, they are being transferred for work and are really looking forward to it. Our friends are really having a hard time finding some where to live that they can both agree on. Our friends really fell in love with Edmonton area especially in the Sherwood Park area, will be open minded to all areas.

The first thing our friends need to agree on is to rent an apartment, buy a condo or single family home. He wants to buy a condo because no yard work is required, while his wife prefers a single family home because she wants a backyard garden with flowering trees and shrubs.

Our friends found this great website that is all about apartment, condos, town homes and single family homes fro rent and for sale. You cart sort by area, price point and even number of bedrooms. They can also search a specific area and part of town that they find interesting.
