Salad and More Salad

For the past few months I have been on his salad eating regiment. I eat a salad for lunch and dinner, but eat a really big breakfast to start the day. I've lost 6 lbs. in the last 2 weeks. I even have a sheet day once a week ware I can eat anything I want without guilt. Hoping I can keep it up without getting bored.
