Grillrd Fish

I grilled fish tonight for dinner and it was great. The bigger fish you see is Golden Pompano which is from China and the 3 smaller fish are Hasa-Hasa which is from the Philippines. You also find the smaller fish in India which is called Indian Mackerel. The fish is served with a very simple sauce consisting of Soy Sauce, Onion, Tomato and Jalapeno. We usually eat the fish with Brown Rice because it is healthier. My personal favorite is the Pompano because it has a nice flaky texture and a milder, sweeter taste.
