Bryan's Special Omelet
2 tsp Green bell pepper
2 tsp Tomato
2 tsp Onion
3 tbsp Cheese
1 tsp Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 - Place eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk until very blended, set aside
2 - In a small/medium size non-stick pan, melt butter and saute onions, green bell pepper and tomato over medium heat for 2 minutes
3 - Pour in eggs and let mixture set, but make sure you pull unset egg from the center to outer edges while lifting edges
4 - When egg is set and cooked sprinkle on cheese and fold in half and plate the omelet.
Serve with your choice of meat, bacon, sausage, corned beef, etc.
